I William McFatrich of Pettis County State of Missouri

 make this my last will

 

   I give devise and bequeath my estate and property real

 and personal as follows

 

First to my son William M McFatrich my daughter Margaret

 my daughter Sophia provided she shall not live or cohabit

 with he now deserted husband William Bohannon, and

 my daughter Deborah one equal distribution share of my

 estate of which I am possessed at the time of my death.

 After paying all my debts and funeral expenses and

the specific amounts here after named.

Second. To my son John an equal distribution share

 with the children above named together and an

 additional sum of one thousand dollars upon

Condition that he take care of me during my life

 time.

Third. To my daughter America I give and bequeath

 five hundred dollars.

In witness where of I have signed sealed published and

 declared This instrument as my will revoking all

others heretofore made at Sedalia Pettis County Mo

in the 28th day of September 1869.

The said William McFatrich at said Sedalia on said

 28th of September 1869 signed and sealed this

instrument and published and declared the same

as and for his last will he being in his right mind

 and we at his request and his purchurance have

hereunto written and names as subscribing with (?)
