I Meredith Dillon (seignior) of the County of Benton and the State of Missouri do make and publish this my last will and testament hereby revoking and making void all former wills by me at any time heretofore made and first I direct that my body be decently interred in my burying ground on my premises and that my funeral be conducted in a manner to conformed with estate and situation in life  And as to such worldly estate as it has pleased God to in trust due with I dispose of the same as follows;  First I direct that all my debts and funeral expenses be paid as soon as possible out of the first moneys that shall come into the hands of my executors from any portion of my real or personal, Also I direct that a fair valuation on appraisement be made by two judicious neighbors of all my said estate and after being signed with their names that a copy of the same shall be given by them to each of the executors; Also I direct that all my personal property with household and kitchen furniture shall be sold at public auction for good and current money and that all the real estate of which I shall die seized ____ shall be sold by my executors for its reasonable value for like current money or on such credit and the amount there of secured in such a manor as is usual in like cases to insure the full and

Factual payment there of and to effectuate this my intention I do hereby vest in my executors full power and authority to dispose of my real estate in few simple or in otherwise in as full and large a manner in every respect as I could myself do if living.  Also I direct that one third of the money of my estate both real and personal I bequeath to my wife if she shall survive me for her to have and to dispose of as she sees fit and I direct that the remainder of my estate be so divided that each heir shall share and share alike who shall survive me and that the produce of my estate if sold on a credit shall be divided as soon as it shall come into the hands of my executors  And I further direct that the part or fraction that shall fall to my daughter Mary Wheeler I leave to her and her children and not in any wise to the central of her said husband  I also direct the fraction that shall fall to my daughter Mary Wheeler shall be left in the hands of my executors for the use and benefit of her and her children.  And I do hereby make and ordain my sons executors of this my last will and testament.  The Witness whereof I Meredith Dillon (seignior) the testator have to this my will set my hand and seal this eighteenth of Nov in the year of our Lord one Thousand eight hundred and fifty seven
