I John Cathey of Pettis County and

State of Missouri do make and publish this

my Last Will and Testament hereby

revoking and making void all former Wills

by me at any time heretofore made and I

first direct that all my Debts and other

expenses be paid as soon After my deceased

as possible out of the first money That shall

come into the hands of my Executors

from any portion of my estate Real or Personal

I also direct that my daughter Mary Ann

Epperson shall have one third and kind of the reminder for

Services rendered me while sick

I also direct that my next two daughters shall

Have five dollars each to wit  Nancy Bryant and

Lucinda Cathey and the balance equally divided with

My three youngest children to wit:

Sarah Matilda Cathey George Roberts Cathey and

Larah Elizabeth Cathey

In witnessed Whereof I John Cathey the tester have

To this my Will written on on sheath of Paper set

My hand and seal this third day of August in the

Year of our Lord One thousand Eight hundred and

Seventy two
