State of Illinois Jersey County I Eli Fitz Jarrell of the County of Jersey and State of Illinois do hereby make and declare this my last will and testament in manner and form following to wit.
First it is my will that my funeral expenses and all my just debts be fully paid.
Second after the payment of such funeral expenses and debts it is my will that all the land and all the live stocks horses cattle sheep hogs also all the household furniture and other articles of personal property herein not enumerated or other wise disposed of in this will be sold at public auction and the money arising from the sale of said property be applied to the use and benefit of my beloved wife Tabitha Fitz Jarrell during her natural life and that at her death that Daniel Buly and Eli Buly sons of Charlotte Buly daughter of Eli Fitz Jarrell and Tabitha his wife that they shall have thirty dollars each also Tabitha R. Misenheimer daughter of Margaret Misenheimer daughter of the aforesaid testator thirty dollars also Tarisa Edwards thirty dollars daughter of Tarisa Edwards daughter of the aforesaid testator and all the rest to be divided equally among the rest of my lawful heirs and lastly I hereby constitute and appoint my said wife Tabitha and William Fitz Jarrell executors of this my last will and testament revoking and annulling all former wills by me made and ratifying and confirming this and no other to be my last will and testament.
In witness where of I the said Eli Fitz Jarrell have here unto set my hand and seal this 12th day of December in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and fifty four. Signed sealed published and declared by the said Eli F. Jarrell as and for his last will and testament in presents of us who in his presents and in the presents of each other and at his request have submersed our names as witnesses their to
