At some point some family member identified the gentleman in the center as “Uncle Bill Epperson” I assume they were referring to William Perry Epperson, husband of Noni Ash. I believe this gentleman looks similar to last weeks unknown photo:
I am curious as to what type of uniform “Uncle Bill Epperson” is wearing. Notice the number “1″ on the belt. Could this be fire or police in Old Colorado Springs?
