Phoebe Fitzjerrell was the daughter of Ely Fitzjerrell and Tabitha Kelsey.  Phoebe was a the sister of William Fitzjerrell.  Photo was taken at Kemper Cemetery in Jersey County, Illinois.  Kemper Cemetery is also known as Delaware Cemetery.
